Allycar rents cars in the Orlando area and brings them to you, and if you start the booking from our Coin7 store page you get part of the commission back as cashback. The short version of the offer: you pick the exact model, there is no security deposit, and child seats are part of the rental. It is built for families who land in Florida and want to leave the airport without queueing at a rental desk.

What Allycar offers

The company describes direct delivery to airports, hotels, resorts and vacation rentals within its Orlando service area. There is no counter and no shuttle to a car park at the edge of the airport. According to the site, you also choose a specific vehicle instead of a vehicle class, so what you see is what you drive. The fleet is described as SUVs and minivans that are new or less than a year old, which fits the typical family trip to the theme parks.

What is included

Several things that usually cost extra elsewhere are listed as part of the package on the Allycar site: insurance with third-party liability, child seats, unlimited mileage, toll coverage and one additional driver. Strollers are mentioned as well. Read the exact wording on the site before you book. What a package contains can change, and you should check it against your own needs, for instance how many drivers will share the car.

The point about the deposit matters to many travellers. With a normal rental, a large amount is often blocked on your card for weeks. Allycar says it does without that, which helps if your card limit is modest or you want to keep your holiday budget free.

Who it suits

The website speaks Portuguese first, and support is offered in Portuguese, English and Spanish. That makes it especially handy for Brazilian visitors, but anyone who is comfortable in one of those languages can use it. A family of five with luggage and two car seats will get more out of it than a solo traveller who only needs a small car for one night.

A practical example: a family arriving late in the evening after a long flight, tired children, three suitcases. Having the car brought to the airport or to the hotel instead of queueing at a desk and then looking for a shuttle is the kind of difference you notice after nine hours in the air. If you only want the cheapest possible small car for a few hours, a delivery service with a bundled package is probably more than you need.
