Does cashback apply to trade assurance orders paid on the platform?

Tracking works for orders placed and paid through the platform after your click. Payments arranged directly with a supplier outside Alibaba cannot be recorded.

What about sample orders?

They are ordinary platform orders and are treated the same way, with the 3.46% calculated on the goods value.

Why is confirmation slower here than at a normal shop?
