Preamble The service provider and user of these terms is Coin7 Cashback Teleint Online Marketing Est., located at Landstrasse 40, 9495 Triesen, Liechtenstein (hereinafter referred to as “Coin7 Cashback”).

Coin7 Cashback provides the website http://cashback.coin7.app (hereinafter the “Website”), as well as the Coin7 app and desktop application available for Android and iOS operating systems. Through these technical channels (hereinafter “Coin7 Cashback Platforms”), Coin7 Cashback provides access to its services, including cashback, discounts, and voucher codes, as well as the review of Coin7 Cashback’s partner merchants (hereinafter the “Services”).

The use of the website and services is subject to continuous compliance with these general terms and conditions, as well as any supplementary terms and licenses for using the Coin7 Cashback browser extension and the Coin7 Cashback app or desktop application. Special conditions for specific offers or services, explained in the description of each offer, also apply.

These general terms and conditions apply to all member accounts registered from the date of online publication mentioned above or to existing member accounts whose owners have subsequently agreed to their validity.

You have the option to print, download, and save these general terms and conditions. German is the contractual language. Other contract data will be stored by Coin7 Cashback after setting up a member account and can be viewed and revised at any time through your member account.

  1. Your Coin7 Cashback Member Account 1.1. Opening Your Coin7 Cashback Member Account To become a Coin7 Cashback member and enjoy all services, register on the website, through browser extensions, or the app/desktop application, and open a Coin7 Cashback member account. After providing member data (name, first name, email address, optional date of birth, freely chosen Coin7 Cashback password) and submitting your registration, you will receive an email containing a confirmation link. A contract between you and Coin7 Cashback is formed only upon clicking this link, provided you meet the participation requirements for Coin7 Cashback services. You can edit your entries until you submit your registration.Registration as a Coin7 Cashback member is allowed for any adult natural person for a maximum of one Coin7 Cashback member account per person. Opening a Coin7 Cashback member account is free.You can also register using third-party services like Google Connect or Facebook Connect if you have a Google+ or Facebook account. In this case, the contract between you and Coin7 Cashback is established by entering and submitting your access data in the access mask provided for the respective service during registration.To register and become a Coin7 Cashback member, you must provide certain information as marked. Otherwise, registration is not possible. Once logged into your Coin7 Cashback member account, you can provide additional information about yourself in the “My Profile” section. These details are optional but help reduce the risk of fraud and misuse of your Coin7 Cashback member account.You can change all this information at any time by logging into your Coin7 Cashback member account on the website under the “My Profile” section or by contacting customer service.By registering, you commit to providing complete (for mandatory information), accurate, and current data and keeping it up to date through your Coin7 Cashback member account. During registration and profile maintenance, do not use information that is defamatory, offensive, or inaccurate or violates public order, good morals, or the rights of third parties.Your Coin7 Cashback member account, password, and any other information that gives you access to your member account are strictly confidential and must not be used or disclosed to third parties. You are responsible for the behavior of others if your Coin7 Cashback member account is used by third parties due to your negligence.

    1.2. Earning Money with Your Coin7 Cashback Member Account
    Subject to these general terms and conditions, you have the opportunity to receive commissions through the Coin7 Cashback cashback services credited to your Coin7 Cashback member account. For more information on earning commissions and the applicable conditions, refer to the following Article

    1.3. Withdrawing the Amount from Your Coin7 Cashback Member Account When the amount in your Coin7 Cashback member account reaches at least 20 Euros (only validated commissions), you can log in to the Coin7 Cashback website and request the withdrawal of your commissions through your Coin7 Cashback member account, “My Withdrawals” section.Three payment methods are available for this:
    • Payment by bank transfer to a checking account (not available for transfers outside the SEPA zone and transfers to savings accounts). Only the withdrawal of the full amount from your Coin7 Cashback member account can be requested; partial payment by bank transfer is not possible. For a bank transfer, we need your bank details (IBAN and BIC), which will be treated strictly confidentially and used only for the withdrawal of the amount from your Coin7 Cashback member account.
    • Payment by transfer to a PayPal account of your choice. In this case, we need your PayPal email address. Only the withdrawal of the full amount from your Coin7 Cashback member account can be requested; partial payment by PayPal transfer is not possible. You can also initiate the withdrawal through the Coin7 Cashback app for bank transfers or transfers to a PayPal account. For security reasons, you must provide your password for your Coin7 Cashback member account and verify/supplement your personal information when initiating the withdrawal request.
    • To confirm your withdrawal request, an email will be sent to the electronic address provided in your Coin7 Cashback member account.Payment by voucher: The voucher’s value can be used as a means of payment up to its amount. The terms are explained in our FAQ. We also recommend reading the general terms and conditions of the vouchers issued by the merchant, available on the shop’s homepage issuing the voucher (Zalando.de or Otto.de, etc.).
    You can delete your withdrawal request at any time, as long as it has not been validated by Coin7 Cashback. Go to the “My Withdrawals” section and click the “Cancel” link in the corresponding withdrawal request. Please note that the very first withdrawal is exclusively possible via bank transfer.

1.4. Withdrawal Deadlines For payments by bank transfer or PayPal:

  • If the payment request is submitted between Monday and Thursday before midnight, Coin7 Cashback will process the transfer on the following Monday, i.e., between 4 and 7 days after the payment request (except on holidays).
  • If the payment request is made between Friday and Sunday, the transfer will be made on Monday within eight or between eight and ten days after the request (except on holidays). Provided that all necessary information is provided, cashback will be transferred to the bank account or the specified PayPal account within two to five business days (depending on processing times) after Coin7 Cashback confirms the transfer.

The deadlines mentioned in this article are guidelines and may vary in individual cases. Coin7 Cashback is not liable for any payment delays or failures caused by you or third parties, especially banks, or PayPal.

1.5. Deletion of the Coin7 Cashback Member Account

1.5.1. Deletion at the Initiative of the Coin7 Cashback Member
You can delete your registration with Coin7 Cashback at any time and have your Coin7 Cashback member account dissolved by contacting customer service at cashback@coin7app. If the remaining amount in your Coin7 Cashback member account is at least 20 Euros, you can request the amount according to the conditions of these general terms and conditions.

If the remaining amount in your Coin7 Cashback member account is less than 20 Euros on the day of your termination request, this amount is permanently lost.

1.5.2. Deletion due to Prolonged Inactivity of the Coin7 Cashback Member Account
If you do not log into your Coin7 Cashback member account via any of the Coin7 Cashback platforms for an uninterrupted period of two years, Coin7 Cashback will send you an email to the electronic address provided in your Coin7 Cashback member account. The email informs you that your account will be deleted, and the remaining amount therein is permanently lost if you do not log in within one month after receiving the email.

If you do not log in within one month after receiving this email, your Coin7 Cashback member account will be permanently deleted, and the remaining amount is permanently lost. If you log in within one month after receiving this email, your Coin7 Cashback member account will not be deleted, and the accumulated amount will remain.



1.5.3. Termination due to Fraud or Non-Compliance with General Terms of Use

Under the following special conditions, Coin7 Cashback may decide to suspend and delete your Coin7 Cashback member account without prior notice and after a hearing:

(i) Repeated non-compliance with these general terms of use despite specific requests for correction and setting deadlines by Coin7 Cashback, with a warning about the possibility of account deletion in case of recurrence.

(ii) Fraudulent use of the Coin7 Cashback member account, particularly (but not exclusively):

  • Attempt by a Coin7 Cashback member to obtain cashback for irregular orders, especially for orders that were canceled or not paid or did not comply with the partnership conditions between Coin7 Cashback and partner merchants.
  • Use of robots or automatic data programs.
  • Use of Coin7 Cashback services in a manner that harms the smooth operation of the services.
  • Self-sponsoring, meaning the opening of two Coin7 Cashback member accounts by the same Coin7 Cashback member through mutual recruitment.

Improper abuse of the Coin7 Cashback website, including complete or partial takeover of the website or the use of a “frame” referring to the website, search engine advertising (SEA) of the name Coin7 Cashback for a fee, especially to obtain sponsorship benefits, and any other methods with the same objective.

In case of suspension, Coin7 Cashback informs the respective Coin7 Cashback member about the suspension of their member account and requests the member to provide a certificate of their bank details within a maximum period of one month. This is to facilitate the withdrawal of the remaining balance from their Coin7 Cashback member account, minus any fraudulently acquired commissions and subject to the fulfillment of conditions from Article 1.

In case of suspicion of fraud, all allegedly fraudulently acquired commissions and profits will be canceled and not paid out (applies to withdrawal requests to bank accounts as well as PayPal accounts). If the Coin7 Cashback member does not provide a certificate of their bank details within one month for the withdrawal of legitimately acquired profits, the remaining balance on their Coin7 Cashback member account is permanently lost.

The Coin7 Cashback member account will be permanently deleted no later than two months after deactivation.

1.5.4. Regular Termination by Coin7 Cashback

Coin7 Cashback is authorized to terminate a member account without stating reasons, observing a notice period of two weeks via email to the email address provided in the member account.

Upon the effectiveness of termination, the corresponding member account is locked, and Coin7 Cashback requests the member to provide information about their bank details within a maximum period of one month. This facilitates the withdrawal of the remaining balance from their Coin7 Cashback member account. In the case of regular termination by Coin7 Cashback, the processing of all pending commissions at the time of termination is initially awaited. Subsequently, all confirmed commissions will be paid out to the Coin7 Cashback member. This applies even if they do not exceed an amount of €20.

If the Coin7 Cashback member does not provide information about their bank details for the withdrawal of confirmed commissions within one month, the remaining balance on their Coin7 Cashback member account is permanently lost.

2. Cashback Service

As a Coin7 Cashback member, you have the opportunity to be rewarded with a commission for purchases made through one of the Coin7 Cashback platforms at partner merchants.

2.1. Who are the Partner Merchants?

Partner merchants are retailers with whom Coin7 Cashback has made a direct or indirect agreement, and where purchases made by Coin7 Cashback members can result in the payment of a commission. The list of current partner merchants is always available on the Coin7 Cashback website. Only the list deposited there is valid.

The Coin7 Cashback website provides a description for each partner merchant (hereinafter Partner Merchant Description), which contains more information about the respective merchant and the cashback commissions and promotional codes offered by them, including the applicable special conditions and durations.

Coin7 Cashback is authorized to change the list of partner merchants and the conditions of partnerships with effect for the future at its discretion.

2.2. The Commissions

The commissions offered by Coin7 Cashback for each partner merchant are either specified as a monetary value in Euro (e.g., €5) or as a percentage based on the purchase price excluding taxes and delivery costs (e.g., 5%).

The exact amount of the commission and the respective conditions for its granting vary from partner merchant to partner merchant. This information can be found in the Partner Merchant Description on the Coin7 Cashback website, and for the sake of simplicity, in the Coin7 Cashback browser extension, app, and desktop application.

The commission amount may change over time. For the payout of the commission, the amount or percentage valid at the time of accessing a product offer from a Coin7 Cashback platform, according to the information on the Coin7 Cashback website, is decisive.

2.3. Usage of Promotional Codes

Some partner merchants, in addition to providing the opportunity to earn Coin7 Cashback commissions, offer additional promotional codes that are only partially compatible with our cashback service. Coin7 Cashback expressly informs you when certain partner merchants offer promotional codes that can be credited in addition to the Coin7 Cashback commission.

Promotional codes are offered directly by partner merchants. Coin7 Cashback assumes no responsibility if such a promotional code does not work or if the promised benefit is not granted by the respective partner merchant. In case of issues with redeeming such promotional codes, please contact the respective partner merchant directly.

If you notice an invalid or non-functional promotional code, you can inform Coin7 Cashback so that the information can be promptly forwarded to the partner merchant, and if necessary, we can remove the corresponding promotional code from our services.

If the specific validity and usage conditions of promotional codes named by Coin7 Cashback as compatible with Coin7 Cashback commissions have been observed, the partner merchant’s promotional codes are cumulative with the commission offered by the respective partner merchant.

All other third-party promotional codes not adopted by Coin7 Cashback, and personal exclusive offers from Coin7 Cashback partner merchants, are not compatible with Coin7 Cashback. If you still use such promotional codes, you will miss out on the corresponding Coin7 Cashback commission for the amount of your purchases.

2.4. How to Receive a Commission with a Purchase

As a Coin7 Cashback member, you are rewarded with a commission when you make a purchase through one of the Coin7 Cashback platforms at a partner merchant, provided you are logged in on the respective Coin7 Cashback platform. Here’s how:

2.4.1. Through the Coin7 Cashback Website

  • Log in to your Coin7 Cashback member account on the Coin7 Cashback website.
  • Choose from our directory the partner merchant description.
  • Click on the “Go to Shop” link and proceed with your order as usual.

You must repeat this process for each purchase to receive the specified commission.

2.4.2. Through the Coin7 Cashback Browser Extension

  • Verify that you are correctly logged in to Coin7 Cashback through the browser extension or log in to your Coin7 Cashback member account if necessary.
  • To receive the commission, simply use the directory of the Coin7 Cashback extension and select a partner merchant. If you plan to make multiple purchases on the same day, remember to use the directory for each purchase to ensure that your purchase is recognized by the system.

2.4.3. Through the Coin7 Cashback App

  • Verify that you are correctly logged in to Coin7 Cashback through the app or log in to your Coin7 Cashback member account if necessary.
  • Search for the partner merchant via the app.
  • When on the partner merchant’s page in the Coin7 Cashback app, simply click the “Secure Cashback” button to receive the commission.

The commission is considered after the partner merchant completes the order, and it will then appear in your Coin7 Cashback member account.

If nothing else is specified in the respective partner merchant description, the Coin7 Cashback member has earned the commission only when the order, to which it refers, has been definitively executed, and payment has been definitively made (after delivery of the product without return or exercise of the legal right of withdrawal).

As long as the partner merchant has not confirmed that the order and payment are definitively completed, the corresponding commission appears in the Coin7 Cashback member account as “pending.” This status is provisional and allows the partner merchant to verify if your purchase has been properly made.

Once the partner merchant has confirmed that the order and payment are definitively completed, the commission appears as “Confirmed” and is credited to your Coin7 Cashback member account. This confirmation can take place between 1 and 4 months after fulfilling all conditions for validating the commission.

If the order or payment ultimately does not occur (either due to your cancellation or the partner merchant’s actions) or if the commission is the result of attempted fraud, it will appear as “Declined.”

If you believe a commission has been wrongly declined, you can contact customer service through your Coin7 Cashback account and present your case. Customer service may request appropriate evidence for processing your request.

2.5. Controls Possibly Conducted by Coin7 Cashback

To ensure your security, prevent fraud, and provide you with the best possible service quality, Coin7 Cashback may be required to substantiate a purchase that earns you a commission upon your request.

Coin7 Cashback is authorized to request suitable evidence for the order, purchase, and delivery, or the copy of the invoice for an order that earns you a commission.

2.6. ATTENTION! Conditions for Commission Payout

To ensure the commission can be paid to you, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must visit the partner merchant’s website through the Coin7 Cashback website, Coin7 Cashback browser extension, or Coin7 Cashback app only after logging into your Coin7 Cashback member account on the respective platform.
  • You must accept cookies and not use any ad-blocking system. A cookie is a file temporarily stored on your computer that allows the partner merchant to register your sale and determine if you came to them through a Coin7 Cashback platform. The cookie used by Coin7 Cashback can be one set by Coin7 Cashback or a cookie from a partner merchant, platform, or any other solution used by the partner merchant to identify purchases made through the Coin7 Cashback services. Therefore, it is essential to configure your browser to accept cookies generally, without limiting them to specific areas or websites. Otherwise, Coin7 Cashback cannot guarantee that the Coin7 Cashback commission will be credited to you. Coin7 Cashback services are not compatible with ad-blocking or cookie-blocking programs or extensions.
  • Browser settings such as “Incognito Mode” or similar options offered by browsers may also prevent your purchase from being associated with your Coin7 Cashback member account and, therefore, may not credit you with a commission.
  • If you use a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet for your order, you must use the Coin7 Cashback app or desktop application. Associating your purchases with your Coin7 Cashback member account and crediting the commission is not possible when purchasing through the Coin7 Cashback website or browser extension on mobile devices.
  • Coin7 Cashback services may not necessarily be compatible with partner merchants’ websites designed for mobile devices. If you shop with a smartphone or tablet, it is only possible to receive commissions through the Coin7 Cashback app.
  • While making your order, you must not visit other websites simultaneously (especially coupon websites, search engines, price comparison sites, competing cashback websites, etc.).
  • You must not use a promotional code during the order at a partner merchant that has not been expressly approved by Coin7 Cashback.
  • You must not use a personal exclusive offer received by email, mail, or in the form of a discount booklet during the order at a partner merchant.
  • You must have paid the total amount of your order, and it must not have been (completely or partially) canceled.
  • You must adhere to the special conditions of the partner merchant regarding cashback payments, as stated in the partner merchant description on the Coin7 Cashback website.
  • You may need to provide Coin7 Cashback with the purchase/invoice receipts from the partner merchant, which may be requested for the final validation of your commission.
  • You must not use services that are competing or similar to the Coin7 Cashback services (especially competing cashback services), services that offer coupons or special promotions, and services rewarded by money or a point system for referrals. Coin7 Cashback is also not compatible with the loyalty reward systems of a partner merchant. If these rules are not followed, the commission will not appear on your Coin7 Cashback member account or will appear as “Declined,” and you will not be credited with it.

2.7. Sponsoring

Members of Coin7 Cashback have the opportunity to recruit new members through their Coin7 Cashback member account, earning a 7-tier commission on confirmed commissions from each sponsored member. The commission structure is as follows:

  • Level 1: 5%
  • Level 2: 4%
  • Level 3: 3%
  • Level 4: 2%
  • Level 5: 1%
  • Level 6: 1%
  • Level 7: 1%

To be effective, a sponsorship must meet the following conditions:

  • The sponsored individual must sign up as a Coin7 Cashback member and acknowledge the general terms and conditions.
  • During registration, the sponsored member must mention the email of the Coin7 Cashback member who recruited them or click on the link in the received recruitment email. The fields related to the recruiter must be correctly filled.

If these conditions are not met, sponsorship benefits cannot be considered retroactively.

Once the sponsored individual is registered as a Coin7 Cashback member, the member who initiated the recruitment receives a commission based on the confirmed commissions of the sponsored Coin7 Cashback member. This continues until the Coin7 Cashback member account of the sponsored member is deleted.

The commission for the recruiting Coin7 Cashback member depends directly on the commission status of the sponsored member. If the commission of a sponsored member is declined, the corresponding commission of the recruiting Coin7 Cashback member is also rejected.

For confidentiality reasons, the recruiting Coin7 Cashback member receives no information about the orders of the sponsored Coin7 Cashback member other than the amount of their commission.

Self-sponsoring is not allowed.

2.8. Withdrawing the Amount from Your Coin7 Cashback Member Account

When the balance on your Coin7 Cashback member account reaches at least 20 euros (only confirmed commissions), you can request a payout through your Coin7 Cashback member account.

For more information, refer to Article 1.3 of these general terms and conditions.

3. Reviews

Every Coin7 Cashback member has the option to submit reviews for the partner merchants on the Coin7 Cashback website. The review should be related to a specific purchase from the respective partner merchant.

These reviews are reviewed by Coin7 Cashback staff and may be published on the Coin7 Cashback website or any other website owned by Coin7 Cashback if they are relevant based on the specified criteria.

If a review is selected and published by Coin7 Cashback, the member who submitted the review receives compensation as outlined in Article 3.2 of these general terms and conditions.

3.1. Selection of Reviews

To be selected for publication by Coin7 Cashback, reviews must meet the following conditions:

  • The review must be at least 200 characters long.
  • The review must be written in German with correct grammar and spelling.
  • The review must exclusively relate to a Coin7 Cashback partner merchant.
  • The proposed review must be honest, reflecting your personal experience with the partner merchant.
  • The purchase experience with the partner merchant mentioned in the review must be within the last year.
  • The experiences shared in the review must be relevant, detailed, and clearly presented.
  • The review must be authored by you and must not be taken from any other source.
  • The proposed review must not relate to a partner merchant with whom you or a family member has a personal or professional relationship.
  • The review must not have a commercial or promotional character.
  • The review must not contain any indication of religious or political affiliations.
  • The review must not have a vulgar, obscene, offensive, defamatory, insulting, derogatory, threatening, inciting, racist, xenophobic, or pornographic character, nor violate the rights of individuals or property, including the intellectual property rights of third parties, or contravene good morals or public order.
  • The review can only be used by Coin7 Cashback and not by you on third-party websites.

Coin7 Cashback reserves the right to reject any review that does not meet these general terms and conditions. If Coin7 Cashback discovers that a review, which has already been rewarded, is a copy of another review provided online by another Coin7 Cashback member or created by a Coin7 Cashback member who has established multiple profiles to review the same partner merchant multiple times, or is a copy of a comment accessible on the Internet, or does not meet these general terms and conditions, Coin7 Cashback can reverse the reward for the disputed review, and the review will also be deleted.

If a review is rejected after being reviewed by Coin7 Cashback, the member will be automatically informed of the reason(s) for rejection to make necessary changes for future approval.

Coin7 Cashback may ask you for information about published reviews at any time. You must be able to prove the execution of a purchase from the relevant partner merchant in the last twelve months before submitting the review.

If the submitted review meets the above conditions (especially Articles 3.1 and 3.2 of these general terms and conditions), Coin7 Cashback staff may select, moderate, and publish it on the Coin7 Cashback website or any other website owned by Coin7 Cashback.

3.2. Use of the Review by Coin7 Cashback – Assignment of Rights

To the extent that you hold exclusive intellectual property rights, especially copyright, to the content of a review you submit, by sending the review to Coin7 Cashback, you grant Coin7 Cashback the exclusive, spatially and temporally unlimited right to publish, distribute on any data carriers, publicly reproduce (including the right of public accessibility), reproduce, and edit the review, particularly for advertising purposes. This includes the right to broadcast, including satellite broadcasting and cable retransmission, the right to reproduce through image, sound, and multimedia carriers, and the right to incorporate the review into all forms of advertising materials (e.g., print, web, film) including advertisements, commercials, and other forms of public advertising. Coin7 Cashback can transfer the rights granted under this paragraph to third parties or allow third parties to use the review within this framework.

The aforementioned rights are spatially unlimited and apply for the duration of statutory copyright even beyond the termination of the contract.

You also guarantee to Coin7 Cashback that your customer review does not infringe the rights of third parties and indemnify Coin7 Cashback from any claims that third parties may assert against Coin7 Cashback due to the publication of your customer review. You shall bear the costs of the necessary legal defense (including court and attorney fees) that arise from any unlawful assertion of claims. This does not apply if you are not responsible for the infringement.

3.3. Compensation for Reviews

If the above conditions are met (especially Article 3.1 and 3.2 of these general terms and conditions), reviews are compensated up to one review per partner merchant.

The number of reviews that can be published by a Coin7 Cashback member for each partner merchant is unlimited, but only the first review for each partner merchant is compensated.

The compensation for a published review that meets these general terms and conditions is 20 cents (limited to one review per partner merchant).

4. Member’s Behavior and Complaints

4.1. Member’s Behavior

8. Severability Clause

If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions should prove to be inapplicable, illegal, or void, all other provisions shall remain valid.

9. Applicable Law

The contractual relationship between you and Coin7 Cashback is governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
