This Privacy Policy outlines how Teleint Online Marketing ESt. (“Coin7 Group,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects and processes personal data about you, protects your data, and outlines your related rights when you use the website cashback.coin7.app (or its successors) and associated services (the “Services”).

The Service is a cashback program that allows you to receive rewards for purchases made between you and the affiliate stores listed in the Service (“Affiliate Stores”). We refer to this reward as “Cashback.” The amount of compensation depends (usually, but not always) on the purchase amount, and this percentage may vary. Coin7 Cashback provides you the option to withdraw your accumulated Cashback rewards to your bank account or another account offered by us or convert them into Coin7 Cashback points.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data we collect or process about you. Personal data includes all information about you, as well as a combination of information that may identify you.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY DATA?
Coin7 Cashback (Teleint Online Marketing Est)Lichtenstein is responsible for all data you provide us through your use of the Services.

DATA WE PROCESS
We collect and store specific data when you interact with our Services:

• Your name
• Your login ID and password
• Your email address
• The amount of accumulated Cashback rewards you can convert to cash or Coin7 Cashback points
• Any offers from Affiliate Shops you have viewed or searched
• Information about your interaction, communication, and connectivity data
• The Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or mobile device to the internet
• Your computer or mobile device and connection information, such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform
• The complete Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through, and from the relevant Service (including date and time)
• Campaign UTM parameters
• Information about internet or other electronic network activities, such as data collected automatically through cookies and other device identification technologies (“Cookies and Tracking Technologies”)
• For Cashback rewards redemption: masked IBAN to which the Cashback is transferred and the token of our payment provider corresponding to your account
• A record of your Cashback reward payout transactions, including the transferred amount, time of transfer, and transfer identifier
• Segmentation of your usage to personalize your experience (in newsletters and offers on the website)
• If you use our toolbar feature, your member UUID (in a cookie)
• If you choose to participate in our referral programs as a referrer (by inviting friends), we collect the invitation code generated for you, when it was generated, and for which campaign
• If you choose to participate in our referral programs (because a friend invited you to Coin7 Cashback), we will link the invitation code you used, when you used it, and for which campaign to your account only after you have created an account with us.

We combine your data with additional data lawfully obtained from third-party sources and use it for the purposes listed below. For example, if we receive information about your purchase behavior in our affiliate shops to award your Coin7 Cashback points.

It is your responsibility to update and maintain accurate contact information in your Coin7 Cashback account. You can make changes by accessing your account settings and entering corrections.

Please note that we may be legally obligated to collect certain personal data about you or as a result of a contractual relationship we have with you. Failure to provide this information may prevent or delay the fulfillment of obligations. We will inform you at the time of data collection whether certain data is mandatory and the consequences of not providing it.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We collect and store this data as a result of your interactions with our Services for the following purposes:

• Identification and Authentication: We use your identification data to verify your identity when accessing your Coin7 Cashback ID account and to ensure the security of your personal data.

We may also use your identifier to send you marketing communications about the Service and other products or services that may interest you.
• Management of Referral Programs when you choose to participate in them.

We ensure that all business/technical partners and relevant third parties are bound by contractually binding commitments to process data we disclose to them in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and applicable data protection laws.
• Advertising Partners and Affiliate Networks: When you perform a transaction in an affiliate shop, some of your data may be shared with this affiliate shop to reward you with Cashback rewards.
• Law Enforcement Agencies, Courts, Regulatory Authorities, and Government Agencies: Upon lawful request, we may also disclose data to law enforcement agencies and/or third parties regarding data requests for criminal investigations and suspected illegal activities.
• Buyers of Assets: In the event of the sale of our entire or part of our business to a third party, your data may also be transferred to another company.
• A. Conducting statistical analyses (e.g., knowing how many users use more than one Coin7 Cashback service) and improving Coin7 Cashback services and business development.
• B. Personalization of products, services, and offers, such as coupons and campaigns, presented to you for the services of the companies in the Coin7 Group based on interactions with other Coin7 Cashback services.
• C. Detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud cases, illegal activities, claims of intellectual property infringement, or violations of laws or our Terms and Conditions.
• D. Providing marketing communications and notifications (by mail, SMS, flyers, and/or phone calls) about the offerings of the companies in the Coin7 Group.
• E. Personalizing the ads shown to you in the services of the Coin7 Group and outside, based on the interactions you had with the Coin7 Cashback services and beyond.
• F. Conducting credit assessments based on your (payment) behavior with Coin7 Cashback services and assessing insurance risk in accordance with applicable laws.
• G. Complying with legal or regulatory requirements, if expressly required by law, such as responding to court orders, police requests, and
• H. Responding to your requests, claims, complaints, and user rights.

In the European Union, we need a legal basis for processing your personal data. For purposes A to D, Coin7 Cashback relies on its legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR to provide you with the best possible experience with Coin7 Cashback services. For purposes D to F, Coin7 Cashback relies on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. For purpose G, we rely on compliance with legal obligations (e.g., lawful law enforcement requests) pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR, and for purpose H, we rely on fulfilling our (pre-) contractual obligations with you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. You have certain rights regarding your personal data, subject to local laws; please refer to the section “YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA.”

TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to countries where your data may not have the same protection as in your country of residence, particularly to countries where companies of the Coin7 Group operates , including the United States. We ensure that your rights and freedoms regarding the processing of your personal data are adequately protected and comply with all legal requirements.

For transfers outside the Coin7 Group, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

MARKETING SETTINGS We generally send you two types of emails: customer service emails required to maintain the Services and promotional emails with special offers, discounts, and promotions offered by Coin7 Group, if you have opted to receive such promotional communications. While customer service emails are necessary for you to benefit from our services, you can opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in a promotional email or by changing your subscription settings in your account. You may also receive promotional emails with information and special offers from third parties if you have consented to receive such communications (only if we offer this option for the services).
