MatchingDonors Coupons & Cashback November 2026

MatchingDonors is an online platform that connects patients who need a kidney, liver or other organ transplant with living donors willing to help, including people they've never met. Patients create a profile telling their story so potential donors can find and contact them directly, instead of relying only on the years-long national waiting list. The organisation is a registered non-profit and states clearly that paying donors for organs is illegal; its own income comes from memberships, advertising and donations, not from organ matches themselves.

To earn cashback, start on Coin7 and click through to MatchingDonors first - the current rate is shown above. Then sign up or pay on their site exactly as usual; nothing changes at checkout. Coin7 tracks your payment automatically, and the cashback is confirmed once the shop's own return period has ended.
