You did everything right, you bought something, and your account still shows nothing. It happens, and in most cases it can be fixed. Here is the order in which to check things.

First: wait a little

Most orders appear within a few hours, but some shops report only once a day and a few take up to seven days. Before you do anything else, give it three days. Travel bookings can take longer.

Then: check the usual suspects

• Did you start your purchase from the shop page on Coin7, or did you type the shop address directly?
• Was an ad blocker or a tracking blocker active in your browser?
• Did you reject cookies on the shop page?
• Did you use a coupon code from another website?
• Did you open a price comparison site or another cashback service after clicking through us?
• Did you finish the order in the same browser, without switching to an app?

File a claim

If nothing obvious went wrong, open a claim on the page Missing Cashback Claims. Have these ready:

• the shop name and the date of your order
• the order number from your confirmation
• the amount you paid
• a copy of the order confirmation from the shop

We forward the claim to the affiliate network, the network asks the shop, and the shop checks its records. This takes time, usually four to eight weeks, sometimes longer. There is no faster route, and no cashback platform in the world has one, because we are all waiting for the same answer from the shop.

How to avoid it next time

Click through from Coin7, accept the cookies in the shop, empty your basket before you start if it was filled days ago, and complete the purchase in one go. Boring advice, but it works for almost every order.
